Info pro rodiče/Napište nám
1. Tréninky
- každý pátek vždy v 18:00 - cca 19:30 hodin na hřišti SK Všestary
2. Omluvenky
- omluvenky nepřítomnosti dětí pište nejlépe na těchto webových stránkách v sekci "Omluvenky", případně piště sms na telefony trenérů, uvedených v sekci "Vedení přípravky/Kontakty"
- informace o nekonání tréninku bude zveřejněna na úvodní stránce nejpozději 2 hodiny předem (SMS)
3. Vybavení
- s sebou na trénink musí mít děti bílé a červené tričko nebo dres, šortky (příp. tepláky), pití, v případě chladnějšího počasí mikinu (příp. nepromokavou bundu) a kopačky (turfy nebo lisovky) nebo tenisky, možno vzít i chrániče (např. 4leté dítě vel. XS), v případě chladného počasí rovněž čepici a rukavice
- do haly je nutné mít obuv se světlou podrážkou (sálovou obuv)
4. Členské příspěvky
- za každé dítě bude v hotovosti vybírán členský příspěvek ve výši 300,- Kč, a to vždy první týden každého měsíce na tréninkách
- možnost placení měsíčně, čtvrtletně, pololetně, ročně (záleží jen na Vás), jedná se o paušální měsíční platbu!
5. Přihláška k fotbalové asociaci ČR
- každý rodič vyplní přihlášku za člena Fotbalové asociace ČR, kterou Vám předáme na tréninku (rodiče, kteří se zůčastnili sobotní akce ji mají již vyplněnou a odevzdanou)
- v sekci "Soupiska přípravky" je uvedeno, zda má hráč vyplněnou a odevzdanou přihlášku
- k tomu je zapotřebí jedna pasová fotografie dítěte
- do konce října budeme informovat, od kterého věku se děti mohou registrovat
6. K zamyšlení
- letní a zimní soustředění je v jednání a zamyšlení rodičů, vždy jde o prodloužený víkend
- prosíme rodiče o zamyšlení nad sponzorskými dary pro dětský fotbal, ať už finanční či naturální (míče, kužely, dresy, rozlišováky, teplákové soupravy apod.)
- prosíme rodiče, kteří nám mohou jakkoliv pomoci s potiskem dresů čísly, ať už nám zajistí potisk levně či nám jej zasponzoruje, ať se na nás co nejdříve obrátí
7. Úkoly pro rodiče
- nezapomeňte omlouvat své děti včas
- dochvilnost dětí na trénincích
- nutná výbava na trénink
- invencím, nápadům a zlepšovákům, ať už www stránek či fotbalu ve Všestarech, se meze nekladou a proto budeme rádi za každou připomínku či komentář, které vložíte na naše stránky
8. Úrazové pojištění
- připomínáme nabídku na úrazové pojištění dětí, informace podá p. Soukup na tel. 603 488 402 nebo mailu jsoukup1@koop.cz
- možno dohodnout či poradit s jakýmkoliv druhem pojištění, jako je pojištění majetku, aut, životní apod.
- prosíme o doplnění údajů - jméno a ročník narození všech dětí v soupisce
